Job description

Responsibilities
• Respond to alarms and emergencies with appropriate actions.
• Communicates and works with all departments in performing routine work in the facility.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent.
• Must have minimum four years of experience in general maintenance (prefer in hospital setting) and working with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electro-mechanical systems. Education in related field can substitute for experience.
• Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: None provided
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: A valid Florida driver's license.
