Job description

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for helping provide semi and skilled maintenance of buildings and various systems, services and a variety of minor construction related tasks. Repairs mechanical equipment in compliance with building and safety codes throughout the facilities of the University Health System.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school graduation or equivalent. The ability to speak, read, and write English, make simple calculations, and follow simple written and oral directions is required.
