How you’ll make an impact in this role
• Support patient health and recovery by conducting vital clinical assessments and monitoring well-being to ensure early intervention and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage treatment and medication safety by administering prescribed therapies and closely observing patient responses to ensure every treatment is effective and safe.
• Perform essential diagnostic and therapeutic services by executing laboratory tests and treatments that provide the data needed for accurate medical decisions.
• Empower patients and families through education by translating complex discharge plans into clear, holistic self-care instructions that ensure a successful recovery at home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:
• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
