How you'll contribute
An Clinic LPN who excels in this role:
• Under the supervision of an RN, the Bariatric Clinic LPN is responsible for providing clinical support and care coordination for bariatric surgery and medical weight loss patients throughout their treatment journey.
• This role serves as a patient advocate and educator, assisting with preoperative preparation, postoperative follow-up, triage, medication management, and communication between patients, providers, and healthcare team members.
• The Bariatric Clinic LPN promotes high-quality patient care while supporting the mission and goals of Kentucky Bariatric Institute.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current Kentucky or compact state LPN license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
• Associate's Degree Required
• Current LPN license to practice in the state of KY
• Certifications: BCLS
