Job description

Responds and assists the Physician and Registered nurse by providing assistance to professional staff during the pre-procedure, procedure or post-procedure period. The LPN practices under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other health care provider. The LPN organizes and directs those aspects of care for which he/she is accountable; communicating and coordinating care with well-defined nursing diagnoses, including all health team members. This position will assist with procedure room set-up, scope cleaning and scope maintenance, as well as entering and maintaining inventory control.
