Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri is hiring a LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist to work with patients at our Pleasant Hope Family Medical Center — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.
Position Details
• Status: Full-time
• Work Shift: Days
• Hours: Set your own schedule with compensation based on production! A minimum of 80 sessions are expected to be completed each month.

What Your Day Looks Like: You will provide assessment, counseling, treatment, and care coordination for patients experiencing a variety of behavioral health conditions. This position works closely with primary care providers and other members of the healthcare team to address the whole person—mind and body—and improve patient outcomes.
You will be:
• Completing patient intakes, assessments, and one-on-one therapy sessions lasting between 30 minutes and one hour
• Providing counseling for problems such as ADHD, OCD, ODD and other behavioral conditions, as well as providing treatment for anxiety/depression, loss/grief, anger and trauma
• Referring patients to additional community and social services and resources as needed and appropriate
• Collaborating with primary care providers and other members of the healthcare team to provide integrated patient care
• Entering documentation in a timely and appropriate manner

Qualifications
• Education: MSW from a CSWE accredited Social Work program, or a Masters/Doctorate Degree in Psychology
• Experience: 1-3 years of behavioral health or substance abuse counseling (may include pre-degree practicum)
• Skills: Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication, time-management, organization
• Licensure/Certification: LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist. We are unable to consider PLPCs or LMSWs at this time.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods of time
