Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and client-centered Clinical Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health care, help clients navigate life challenges, and support long-term emotional wellness in a safe, supportive environment. The purpose of the Therapist is to be responsible for providing clinical social work services to patients and keeping detailed records on each patient and monitor progress. This position will also provide clinical supervision and support for Licensed Social Workers (LSW) within the Southwestern Indiana Region.
Education Qualifications
• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) Required
Experience Qualifications
• Experience working with psychiatric patients in an outpatient setting Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required at time of hire.
• Indiana licensure required at the time of hire. Expectation to apply for Illinois and Kentucky licensure within 3 months of hire.
Shift: Days, Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
Hours: 40 per week
