The Lead Staffing Coordinator is responsible for performing daily functions associated with centralized portion of staffing and the scheduling system for Inpatient Rehabilitation Services. Previous experience in healthcare and ability to maintain good communication required. High level critical thinking skills and ability to respond positively to feedback and input from multiple peers required. Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner. Effectively and positively communicates with staff within rehab department and across disciplines.

Required Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in office management and scheduling in a medical setting.
• Experience with word processing and statistical analysis/database management.
• Experience in customer service.

Preferred Qualification:
• AA degree or combination of experience and education
