Under the direction of the Utilization Review (UR) Manager, this role serves as a working team lead, responsible for coordinating team activities and supporting core utilization review functions. Acting as the primary point of contact for team inquiries and issue resolution, the incumbent ensures effective communication and operational continuity. The Team Lead plays a key role in monitoring daily workflows, promoting efficiency, and equitable division of work. This position is expected to exemplify leadership, serve as a role model, and act as a subject matter expert within the revenue cycle domain.
