Lead HVAC Tech

Job description

As the Lead HVAC Tech, you will be asked to lead the department in maintaining all the HVAC equipment within the hospital. Duties include inspecting, testing and operating all HVAC equipment and systems, incorporating a preventive maintenance program, repairing and replacing systems, sub-systems, equipment and parts as needed, as well as inspecting, adjusting and maintaining controls to provide a comfortable and safe environment.
Required:
• High School diploma/equivalent
• Trade School diploma
• EPA certification
• Refrigeration License
• 4–6 years of experience
• Must have knowledge of proper use of hand and power tools and proven skills in heating and ventilation.
