Expected pay for this position is $31.49 - $41.22/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.This is an Hourly position.

Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating and directing the activities of personnel performing radiology exams to obtain images for diagnosis and treatment by physicians. Conducts and leads employees in diagnostic radiology procedures. Ensures provision of high quality services and compliance with department, Medical Center, and third-party requirements. Responsible for collaboration with leadership to ensure adequate staffing and properly functioning equipment. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate patient care to all we serve.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
• Completion of a formal Radiography program with associated certificate or degree

Licensure/ Certification:
• IEMA License in Radiography
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist ARRT(R) registered

Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, privacy, and safe guarding protected health information.
• Proficient in supervision, instruction and evaluation. BLS in preferred for MSS
