Job description

The position performs lead role in overseeing work of Cooks, Grill Cooks, and Food Service Workers. Prepares, seasons and cooks food for hospital patients, employees and visitors.

Required Qualifications:
• Within 30 days of hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
• 1 year cooking experience in large scale, healthcare, or similar institutional food service

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in related field or culinary school or equivalent education/experience
• Coursework/Training: Advanced training in culinary systems and practices
