Overview
The IT Specialty Analyst – Epic ClinDoc is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of clinical applications, with a primary focus on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc . This role partners closely with clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and support the effective utilization of Epic applications to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
The analyst supports application builds, upgrades, testing activities, and system enhancements while evaluating software releases and recommending solutions to improve clinical workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies. This position requires knowledge of Epic ClinDoc workflows, build, and application support .
The IT Specialty Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to support integration efforts, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure system reliability. Responsibilities include workflow analysis, system testing, incident and change management, and coordination of application updates and releases. The role also participates in on-call support and serves as a resource for application-related inquiries.
This position applies technical and healthcare application knowledge to support operational and strategic initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation across clinical systems.
Education
• Bachelor's Degree(Preferred)

or
• 3 years of relevant experience with a degree

or
• 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree

Certification/Licensure
• Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Certification (Required)
• Epic Inpatient Phoenix Training (Preferred)

Experience
• Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc , including application build, maintenance, optimization, and workflow configuration.
• Experience with application support, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements within a healthcare environment.
• Ability to perform workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration to support operational needs.
• Experience supporting incident, problem, and change management processes .
• Experience working with cross-functional teams , application integrations, and production support environments.


We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $89,294.40 - $131,851.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
