Overview
Spanish Medical Interpreter
As a Spanish Medical Interpreter, you will play a vital role in helping patients, families, and healthcare providers communicate clearly and effectively. You will provide accurate interpretation services to support understanding, informed decision-making, and high-quality patient care.
In this role, you will:
• Facilitate clear and complete communication between Spanish-speaking patients, their families, and members of the healthcare team.
• Help patients understand medical information, treatment plans, and care instructions.
• Support patient safety and informed consent by ensuring information is communicated accurately and respectfully.
• Promote a positive patient experience by demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and cultural awareness in every interaction.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and professional ethical standards.
