Internal Medicine opening in Watervliet, MI Located 90 miles from Chicago, IL Position Details
• Specialty: Internal Medicine Physician
• Practice Type: Full-time, permanent position
• Team Composition: Join an existing physician to provide comprehensive primary care
• Patient Population: Full spectrum, including acutes, follow-ups, physical exams, pediatric care, paps, and pelvics
• Video Visits: Available for patient convenience
• Office Hours: Monday Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Call: By phone for abnormal labs only
• Average Patient Encounters: 18-20 per day, with appointments scheduled for 15 or 30 minutes based on visit reason
• EHR: Epic, with fluency dictation available
• Two-year salary guarantee with productivity-based bonus opportunities
• Teaching hospital affiliation with residencies in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine
• Hosts 3rd and 4th-year medical students from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Central Michigan University College of Medicine
