CME allowance $3000 + 40 hours dedicated CME time (based on FTE status)

How you’ll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a highly regarded practice, supported by the full resources of a robust health system network.
• Join an established practice with an existing patient panel
• Call structure: 24/7 with the possibility of sharing with another physician, minimal call volume
• Practice setting: Outpatient
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Deliver Personalized, High-Touch Care : Utilize extended appointment times (30 to 60 minutes) to conduct thorough wellness exams and acute care visits
• Champion a Proactive Wellness Model: Lead a membership-based clinical approach that shifts the focus from reactive "sick care" to proactive health management, helping patients optimize their well-being through personalized, comprehensive care plans
• Maintain a Manageable, High-Quality Practice: Manage a small, sustainable patient panel (cap of 300-600 total), allowing you to provide exceptional continuity of care while enjoying a balanced lifestyle that honors your time and professional boundaries
• Malpractice coverage with tail

• Enjoy a standard Monday-Friday work week (8:00am-4:00PM)

• No hospital duties, no RVU’s

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
