Primary Care Physician (IM/FM/Geriatrics) Mid-Michigan

Qualifications
• BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Minimum of 1-year primary care experience
• Michigan medical license and DEA (or eligible)
• Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine preferred
