Overview
Responsibilities
Supervises the overall operations of the patient financial services insurance billing area to ensure the delivery of business functions that align with Infirmary Health’s (IH’s) standards for quality, efficiency, and organizational outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
3 of the most recent 5 years’ experience working in hospital billing or healthcare insurance billing
Strong understanding of hospital billing, claim submission, follow-up, and denial management
Demonstrates written, interpersonal, and communication skills as appropriate to position
Proficient in word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs
Desired Qualifications:
Associate degree in business or related field
Prior leadership or team leader experience
