Job description
Collaborates with network leaders, subject matter experts, and analysts to develop learning that supports network strategies. Provides learning solutions to customers by advising as to best practices for learning situations. Responsible for designing and delivering learning using various methodologies such as video, eLearning, instructor-led courses, online meeting, and screen sharing. Creates learning measurement processes and works with leadership to measure and evaluate ROI.
