Position Title: BE/BC Inpatient General Psychiatrist for Military Program
Location: Panama City, FL

Position Overview:
• Role: Full-time Inpatient Psychiatrist, Military Unit
• Patient Population: Daily caseload will be military populations
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours, onsite only
• Weekend Coverage: 1:6 Saturday/Sunday in-person rounding and telephonic call
• Weekday Call: One evening call shift per week by phone only.
• Employment Type: Full-time employed salary with benefits

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment follow-up for child and adolescent patients.
• Participate in daily treatment team meetings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Complete required patient documentation and notes in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Supervision of NP if interested

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive base salary, W2

Qualifications:
Education: M.D./D.O. with Board Certification in General Psychiatry, ideally comfortable treating ages 12 and older for cross coverage and call
Training: Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
Licensure: Florida medical license and DEA in good standing or eligibility to obtain it.
