What You’ll Do
As the Imaging Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow, high‑quality imaging services, and a supportive team culture. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership & Staff Development
• Oversee daily staffing assignments and workload distribution
• Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and orientation for team members
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Support ongoing staff development and continuing education

Operational Excellence
• Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols
• Maintain high standards of quality in imaging techniques, patient care, and safety
• Collaborate with radiologists to uphold and improve quality benchmarks
• Step in to perform staff duties when needed to maintain service levels

Problem Solving & Service Recovery
• Lead the resolution of complex issues, patient concerns, and workflow challenges
• Recommend improvements to enhance departmental performance and efficiency

Additional Responsibilities
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives
• Assist with equipment repair coordination, supply management, and equipment modifications
• Serve as a resource for hospital regulations, policies, and procedures
• Support emergency preparedness and safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned
