What You'll Do
As an MRI Technologist, you will perform high-quality MRI examinations to assist physicians and radiologists in the diagnosis and monitoring of medical conditions. You will:
• Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety standards
• Operate MRI equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Prepare, position, and educate patients throughout their exams
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow departmental procedures
• Participate in required call and hospital rotation

Qualifications
Experience
• New graduates accepted
• Two years of experience as a staff technologist preferred, but not required

Licensure & Certification
• ARRT certification required
• MRI certification/registry required
• Illinois IEMA certification required within six months of hire
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or Red Cross BLS certification required upon hire

Compensation & Incentives
Hourly Pay Range: $31.25–$46.88
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500
This position may be eligible for evening, night, and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and applicable job codes.
Eligible team members may also qualify for a performance-based bonus based on established criteria and performance goals. Additional details regarding incentives and bonus eligibility will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
