Job description

The Hospitality House provides a “home away from home” for family members and caregivers of patients with extended stays at The Medical Center at Bowling Green, as well as patients receiving treatment at The Medical Center Cancer Treatment Center. Operated by the Med Center Health Foundation, the House has 12 private guest rooms with baths, a kitchen, dining room, prayer room, community room, business center, and laundry facilities. As a Hospitality House Host, you will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, explain House amenities and guidelines, coordinate with hospital staff, and help keep rooms and shared spaces clean and ready for guests.
Minimum Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and respectfully to guests under stress.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform guest service and routine housekeeping tasks.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
