Medical Director of Hospital Medicine - Syracuse, NY
Clinical Role: Medical Director - Hospital Medicine
Role Overview
• Lead and manage the Hospital Medicine team in a full-time day-shift leadership role
• Provide oversight for inpatient care delivery, performance metrics, and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to implement best practices
• Support recruitment, retention, and training efforts
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and workflow

Schedule & Availability
• Hours: Approximately 40-50 hours/week
• Days: Monday-Friday
• No weekends or on-call responsibilities

Experience & Requirements
• Board Certification: Required (or within 2 years of eligibility)
• Experience: Must have prior Hospital Medicine leadership experience; no fresh graduates
• Candidates Not Accepted: Locum tenens, visa sponsorship
