• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Clinic is closed daily for lunch from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Patient Population/Case Load: The provider must be willing and able to manage a high volume of patients efficiently.
• Case Mix: Primarily outpatient clinic coverage with inpatient duties including hospital rounding and occasional hospital consults for established clinic patients admitted to the hospital.

Licensing and Privileging
• License: An active Arizona state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: Expedited privileging for clean history
