Position Summary
Reviews the medical record to assure completeness of the documentation and enters the deficiencies within the electronic deficiency system.
Primary Position Responsibilities
• Analyzes medical records based upon NJDOH and Joint Commission standards.
• Flags all deficiencies and enters into the electronic deficiency system.
• Assists medical/clinical staff in completion of their deficiencies.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2 years of office experience

2 years of medical office/hospital experience

Able to work with staff on all levels
