Job description

Job Summary
• Assures that Hospital grounds are clear of trash and other debris.
• Assures that Hospital grounds are clear of animals, animal nests and other animal residue.
• Operates and maintains Automatic Lawn Sprinkler system.
• Verifies operation of the Program Controllers.
• Performs groundskeeping duties in areas not covered under Landscaping Contract.
• Operates and maintains Lawn Care tools and equipment.
• Verifies that equipment and tools are in proper operational condition.
• Removes snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots during winter season.

Qualifications
Education
• High school education or equivalent.
• Prefer Vocational Education in Grounds Maintenance

Experience
• Prefer two years experience in grounds maintenance for facility with 10+ acres.

Additional Requirements
• Must be at least 20 years old in order to operate vehicles f
