Job Details
The General Maintenance person provides the hospital with a variety of maintenance services in the areas of plumbing, electric and HVAC.
Responsibilities:
• Preventive Maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Be able to work on BMS System (computer)
• Change Belts on Air Handlers
• Clear Drains
• Change Filters
• Snow removal

Requirements:
• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or relative experience
• 3-4 years general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and power plant watch duties
• Valid Driver's License

Salary Range
USD $28.00 - USD $34.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
