Job Overview
Ebenezer is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join our senior housing team at Tower Apartments in Minneapolis, MN! This position will serve as an ambassador of the community during non-business hours, the front desk attendant provides building oversite and a customer experience that will always be remembered with the highest level of responsiveness.
This front desk schedule includes;
• 80 hours every two weeks
• Full time; Evening shift
• Block schedule: Monday - Friday; 4 PM - 12AM
• No weekends

Responsibilities:
• Provides responsive customer service to all customers
• Functions as building office assistant during non-business hours
• Responds to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies when they occur in the building
• Provide various maintenance, housekeeping, culinary and safety duties
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
• less than 1 year of previous experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of previous experience
