Job description
JOB SUMMARY
The Financial Assistance Representative is responsible for assisting patients with their medical bills to determine possibility of insurance eligibility; payment arrangement options or charity determination. The Financial Assistance Representative works very closely with the Business Office; the Clinics and the Eligibility Assistance Vendor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
• High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Work Experience
• No previous experience

• Answer telephones
• Compose letters/memorandums
• Coordinate schedules
• Input data into computer programs
• Proofread documents
