This role is part of the Finance Department career ladder, offering expanded responsibilities and salary growth as skills develop.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)One (1) or more years of accounting and/or finance experience; healthcare experience preferredStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft products preferredAbility to manage multiple projects and maintain accuracyAbility to prepare financial analyses and ROI summariesAbility to support budget preparation and cost reporting
