Schedule: 36 patient contact hours, 4 administrative hours
Recruitment incentive (Signing loan, student loan forgiveness, relocation): Up to $130,000
$4,000 CME allowance

This job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.
How you’ll make an impact in this role
• Join a close-knit, rural, family-focused community with a friendly practice culture
• Established care team consisting of 1 physician and 2 APPs
• Expected volume of approximately 18–20 patients per day
• 36 hours of patient contact plus 4 hours of administrative time per week
• Medical Assistants at a 1:1 ratio with providers
• Ambient AI for documentation and charting
• Flexibility for a 4 day work week

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients across the community in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using appropriate medical knowledge, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care to support positive patient outcomes.
• Promote high-quality, cost-effective care while participating in initiatives that enhance the patient experience and improve clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other members of the care team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Support the continued growth of this primary care practice and contribute to the health and well-being of the local community.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
