Bull Run Family Medicine – Manassas, VA
UVA Community Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join Bull Run Family Medicine, a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Northern Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive care across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based environment with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.
Position Highlights
• Established outpatient Family Medicine practice in Manassas, VA
• 1.0 FTE opportunity with 36 patient-facing hours per week
• Flexible scheduling with options for a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek
• Collaborative team of 15+ providers
• Shared call model among 3 practices with Envera RN triage support , averaging approximately 2–3 weeks annually
• Epic EMR with DAX Copilot AI

Schedule
Clinic hours:
• Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM

Providers typically work one extended day each week to support scheduling flexibility.
Patient Volume
• Long day: 24–32 patients
• Regular day: 20–24 patients
• Half day: 11–13 patients

Ancillary Services
• LabCorp onsite services at Prince William Medical Center
• Nurse visits
• Myriad cancer screening

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
• Commitment to patient-centered care

The base compensation range for this role is $240,000 - $350,000 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.
Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
