Executive Director Imaging and Laboratory Management

Job description

This position is responsible for the operational execution and evaluation of laboratory and imaging services that ensures all safety and quality standards system-wide. Develops and articulates a strategic vision for significant segment(s) of the network. Facilitates and influences development of individual, group, and organizational goals and processes. Leads and enables effective coordination and communication between Community Health Network and the laboratory and imaging vendors. Works on complex matters where analysis of issues, data, processes and situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives and in-depth industry and technical knowledge. Encourages self and others to seek different and innovative approaches to address challenges and opportunities. Facilitates the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace. Identifies change opportunities. Removes barriers and resistance. Develops others through coaching, feedback, and opportunities.
