Base salary $140,000 - $170,000, based on experience and specialization. Diabetes experience required. Productivity-based bonus eligibility. Full benefits for providers working >0.8 FTE. Malpractice coverage included. 4 weeks PTO. Full-time preferred; part-time considered (minimum 25 hours/week). Monday-Friday schedule, 8am - 4pm. Hybrid option available (up to 20% virtual). Cardiometabolic / Endocrinology-focused Nurse Practitioner role. Patient volume of 18-20 per day. Limited call: every other week for emergent issues only. Work across two clinic sites for full-time providers. Join two experienced Nurse Practitioners and multiple Endocrinologists. Open to new graduates. State-of-the-art practice management platform.
