How you’ll contribute
• The Discharge Lounge Coordinator is responsible for coordinating discharge logistics, monitoring workflow completion, facilitating communication, and supporting timely patient transitions. The position does not independently determine clinical readiness for discharge, establish clinical treatment plans, or replace the responsibilities of licensed clinicians, providers, or designated discharge planners. Clinical decisions remain with the appropriately authorized professionals.

Qualifications and requirements
• Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Unencumbered clinical license if eligible/needed per state regulations preferred. CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.
