Job Description:
Job Summary
Responsible for providing leadership, direction, and administration for urgent care and occupational health operations. Oversees fiscal management to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery. Develops and implements strategies to optimize patient care and operational performance. Coordinates with clinical and administrative teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Ensures alignment of urgent care services with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions
• Oversees day-to-day operations and activities impacting clinic patient care delivery.
• Ensures clinics deliver quality patient care and a positive patient care experience.
• Develops and maintains relationships with potential occupational health partnerships.
• Engages stakeholders across the enterprise to incorporate best practices and ensure communication and collaboration in clinical occupational health services.
• Promotes health and wellness initiatives and preventative measures to partners.
• Develops and implements initiatives to achieve operational, financial, and strategic goals.
• Directs performance improvement projects, monitors quality outcomes, and implements improvements in accordance with policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards.
• Maintains professional growth and development to remain current in the nursing and health field.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, nursing, or a related field
Experience Requirement
8-10 years of progressive experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, ambulatory care, healthcare management, or a relevant area and 2 years of relevant managerial experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
All experience must be paid and in the same related field.
Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
