Director – Security, Safety Services, & Emergency Management

Job description

Responsible for the leadership of Security Services department, contract security, and Emergency Management (EM) Program. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all emergency management and security activities, ensuring effective preparedness, response, and recovery across the four phases of disaster management: Mitigation, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery. Responsibilities for planning, directing, and administering security and EM projects for Randolph Health. Responsibilities and objectives are based upon organization goals, policies, and plans in compliance with pertinent local, state, and federal laws, regulations, as well as JCAHO standards and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation.
Education/Degree(s): Bachelor's degree in Business/Healthcare, Safety, Emergency Management,
Security, or Emergency Services or higher; may consider an equivalent combination of relevant
education and experience.
License(s):
Training/Certification(s): ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, 800 required
