Director (RN) – Cardiovascular Services
Job Type: Full-time | Exempt
Up to a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Candidates (two-year commitment) and up to $10,000 in Relocation (with receipts)
Schedule: Days, Monday-Friday (occasional night, weekend or holiday to support staffing when needed)

Our Cardiovascular Services team is committed to delivering exceptional heart and vascular care while advancing clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and innovation. As Director of Cardiovascular Services, you will lead a highly skilled team across key cardiovascular service lines, partnering closely with physicians, nursing leaders, and executive leadership to drive quality, operational performance, and strategic growth.
How you’ll contribute
• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for Cardiovascular services.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient patient care delivery.
• Monitor and manage departmental productivity, staffing resources, and workflow.
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff through ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth and engagement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor action plans to support departmental goals and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve operational and patient care objectives.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a current Montana RN license or Compact RN License with Montana endorsement, and possess an Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
• Education: Master’s degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire; PALS and ACLS required within 6 months
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of combined experience as a Cardiovascular Services RN and leader in Cardiovascular
