Job Summary
This leader plans, develops and directs the activities of the departments or divisions. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring department and division projects and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
• Require seven (7) years of experience in related field with a minimum of three (3) years of progressive leadership and management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prefer demonstrated fiscal responsibility and the ability to prepare operating and capital expense budgets and financial reports.
• Prefer expert communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prefer the ability to interact and interface with all levels of staff and senior management.
• Prefer the ability to work independently and in groups to achieve established goals and objectives.

Mandatory Education
MSN: Master of Science in Nursing
Required License and Certs
FL RN: FL Registered Nurse License
