Summary:
The Director of Organizational Learning and Leadership Development provides strategic leadership for enterprise learning leadership development and organizational capability initiatives across the health system. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that supports clinical excellence operational performance and leadership effectiveness. The Director partners with executive leadership physician leaders and operational leaders/teams to build leadership capability at all levels strengthen workforce engagement and ensure the organization is equipped to meet evolving healthcare demands. This position leads the design and implementation of leadership academies physician leadership development workforce resiliency programs and enterprise learning initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Education:
• Master's degree (MBA MHA or Organizational Development) required.

Experience:
• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning & organizational development or talent development required Experience in large healthcare systems or complex organizations preferred.
• 5+ years in leadership experience managing enterprise learning and development programs & implementing leadership training that builds high-performing leaders across clinical and operational teams.
• Experience with digital learning platforms is a plus.
