Now Hiring - Director of Recreation - Atlantic Highlands, NJ (Full-time)
Salary range: 45K- 70K per year

The Director of Recreation will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the activity programs of this facility
• Participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of activity care plans and resident assessments
• Serve on, participate in and attend various committees of the facility ie: CQI, Care Plan Meeting, Department Head Meeting
• Prepare and project annual budget, track expenditures compared to budget on a monthly basis

Position Requirements:
• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
• Must be familiar with documentation requirements for Long Term Care
• Must possess leadership ability and motivational skills for effective communication and program development with staff and residents
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings/weekends
• Previous experience with dementia activities preferred
• Activity Director Certification
