JOB SUMMARY
To improve customer relations and provide support to all departments by receiving all incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff. To help customers find the equipment and products to meet their home care needs. This position requires an individual with interpersonal skills conducive to positive customer and employee relations. Ability to read and write clearly, follow and give instructions. Ability to use calculator, computer and type is preferred. Prior experience or on-the-job training. Must be able to successfully complete orientation/training program prescribed by Denman Services Inc. Must be capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 40 lbs.), walking, bend, squatting, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process / Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
• Must have good customer service
• Good telephone etiquette.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Pay Status:
• Non-Exempt Hourly
