Job Description:
Up to $7,500 Sign-On Bonus and $ 1,500 Relocation Assistance available to eligible candidates (see terms below)
Terms:12-month Full-time Employment Contract Required for Sign-On
Sign-on Eligibility:
One (1) year of applicable experience
Internal Candidate and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible
Relocation Eligibility:
Must live 50 miles outside of campus address
Rehires that are less than 12 months from separation date are not eligible

• Role 1: Fri (Ocoee ED) 7 PM-7 AM, Sat-Sun (Millenia) 7 PM-7 AM
• Role 2: Fri (Millenia) 10 AM-10 PM, Sat (Ocoee) 7 AM-7 PM, Sun (Millenia) 7 AM-7 PM
• Role 3: Thu (Millenia) 10 AM-10 PM, Sat-Sun (Ocoee) 7 PM-7 AM
• Role 4: Fri (Winter Garden) 10 AM-10 PM, Sat (Millenia) 10 AM-10 PM, Sun (Winter Garden) 10 AM-10 PM

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week. Weekend positions available across Ocoee, Millenia, and Winter Garden.
Performs high-quality CT examinations in accordance with provider orders and departmental protocols, ensuring optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis.
Reviews patient history and clinical information to confirm exam appropriateness and identify potential contraindications. Prepares and administers IV contrast material following safety guidelines and monitors patients for adverse reactions.
Positions patients accurately and comfortably, using immobilization devices when necessary, while ensuring radiation safety and ALARA principles are maintained.
Collaborates with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure appropriate imaging and continuity of patient care.
Maintains accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS systems.
Educates patients about the exam and complete all exams in a timely manner, maintaining workflow and minimizing empty table time.
Operates all imaging equipment safely and properly, including scanners, injectors, and monitors, adapting protocols for patients of all ages.
Practicing infection control standards and using approved PPE and disinfectant agents.
Follows department protocols for patient identification, informed consent, and time-out procedures prior to starting exams.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• Associate [Preferred]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Work Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in radiology [Required]

Additional Information:
• Completion of a CT training program OR active enrollment in an approved AdventHealth Workforce Development CT training program. [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

Pay Range:
$23.94 - $44.53
