This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Certifications : Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.
• Skills & Knowledge :
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
