Job Details:
Reporting to the Manager of Community Partnerships, the Community Partnerships Associate provides tactical support for corporate partnerships, third‑party fundraising, workplace/employee giving, and donor engagement initiatives. This role supports CMN partner activation, donor stewardship, newsletter production, tribute giving, and giving societies. The associate ensures smooth execution of annual giving activities and partner campaigns through coordination, communication, and administrative support.

Department Specific Job Details:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a specialization in Marketing, Fund Development, Communications, or a related field.

Required Experience
• 0 - 2 years experience supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Background in special event planning, writing, and use of technology tools/platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute tactical tasks effectively.

Preferred Experience
• 3+ years experience in annual gift fundraising, volunteer coordination, sponsorship procurement, financial analysis, and general project management
