Job Details
Qualifications:
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Nursing Student preferred
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support Certification)

Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate, one-on-one patient observation and support to promote safety, comfort, and quality care under RN supervision.
• Enhance the patient experience by assisting with mobility, transfers, transportation, comfort measures, and daily care needs.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary care team by communicating patient needs, recognizing changes in condition, and supporting individualized care plans.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and efficient care environment through patient experience rounds, unit support, and additional responsibilities as needed.

Schedule Commitment
• Flexible per diem schedule with a minimum commitment of two shifts every two weeks, with weekend and holiday rotations included.
• 12 hour shift availability strongly preferred.

Salary Range
USD $25.73 - USD $25.73 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
