What We Offer
• Schedule : 7P-7A, Night Shift, Full-time (36 hours), weekend & holiday rotation. This unit self schedules on a 6 week time tract.
• Department : Labor & Delivery (L&D)
• Location : Forsyth Medical Center – Winston-Salem, NC
• Unit Information : 21 labor rooms, OB ED, 2 Operating Rooms. This unit labors the mom from the time she comes in through immediate post-partum recovery.

What You'll Do
• Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
• Prepare labor and delivery rooms and stock supplies/equipment.
• Provide compassionate support to laboring patients and their families throughout their stay.

What We're Looking For
• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience:
• One year preferred.
• One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
• Licensure/Certification:
• Completion of NAI program, required.
• Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
• Medication Safety - AME, required.
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
