About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Larkin Community Hospital (LCH), you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. Your primary focus will be to support nursing staff by assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity throughout their hospital stay. Minimum Qualifications:
• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification recognized by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks required for patient care.
• Clear background check and compliance with hospital health and safety requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working as a CNA in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills developed through prior healthcare roles.
• Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations.
