About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient health and report any changes in their condition. Minimum Qualifications:
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of practice.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Additional certifications in specialized areas, such as dementia care or palliative care.

Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
• Help patients with mobility, including transferring them to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment by following infection control protocols.
